No 25 - St. Bernardus Wit
A stunningly fine, elegant nose with lots of sweet herbs, lemon and lime peels and a gorgeous summer flowery note. Very, very good. A touch of freshly cut grass comes forward after a while. Just wonderful! On my way on a business trip I wanted something to read - and found a heavy book - "1001 Beers you must try before you die". An eye catching title and while browsing through it on the train I decided that I should do just that - try every beer in the book. This is my way of doing it...:-)
