X60 - Nils Oscar India Ale (Sweden)

A rather mediocre ale from a Swedish brewery that can better - see for instance No 4 - Nils Oscar God Lager

The nose is somewhat flimsy with notes of old hay, grape fruit, pan roasted almonds and an irritating metallic note that doesn´t blow away.

The taste is cool and satisfying on its own, but the structure is light and the grape fruit acidity that goes through the flavour doesn´t add to the appeal. The finish is nice though.
