X13 - St. Feuillien Blonde

This gorgeous beer has a deep, penetrating, light and elegant nose with notes of fudge, lemon peel, hay/grass and a lovely summery feeling about it. Very deep, pure and intoxicating! Lovely sweet yellow fruit. It is light on its feets but still very focused and intense. Just gorgeous!

The taste is cool, elegant and racy with perfect balance between the fruit, the sweetness and the bitterness. Lovely notes of summery flowers, dry lemoncello and melon. Long, persisent aftertaste. Very, very nice.
