X79 - Brooklyn Sorachi Ace (USA)

This on has a deep, spicy, elegant nose with notes of fennel seeds, chocolate, dried apricots and freshly cut grass. Deep and fine. Has a touch of volatil acidity, but in a good way. Very, very good.
The taste is deep, intense and tight with lovely notes of fennel, sweet lemons and allround spice. Very long and satisfying. This is really a fine specimen!
