The taste is cool, fine and fresh wit notes of lemon, fennel seeds, gravel and sweet minerals. A very nice structure. Long and balanced. The 10% alcohol isn not noticable at all. Very, very good.
On my way on a business trip I wanted something to read - and found a heavy book - "1001 Beers you must try before you die". An eye catching title and while browsing through it on the train I decided that I should do just that - try every beer in the book. This is my way of doing it...:-)
