No 35 - 3 Fonteinen Oude Geuze Vintage

A deep, penetrating, elegant nose with high notes of sour lemoncello, banana, hay and lots of lime. Interesting nose with lots of character and finesse. Deep, racy and yummy at the same time!

The taste is nice and pure but more liniar than the nose with nice acidity and lemon and grassy notes. It ends with a good dry twist, but I miss some fruit in the middle. Very good though, and the nose is great.
