A deep, concentrated, lovely sweet/sour nose with lots of half rotten cherrys and vegetables (!), dark bread, undergrowth and balsamic vinegar. From time to time it has the nose of a very mature Burgundy. Very, very good.
The taste follow the nose with those sweet/sour cherrys and vegetables, overripe rasberrys and a long, nice bitterness. But there is a streak of dryness from the wood. The nose is more fascinating than the taste. A touch one dimensionell in the mouth.
