No 111 - Waldhaus Diplom Pils (Germany)

A fine, elegant, intense nose with notes of corn flakes, mineral/wet rock, dry honey and lemons - very fresh and complex. A touch of warm grass, and some spice.Very, very good.
The taste is as fine and elegant as the nose with notes of lemons, mineral and Madeleine-biscuits. A long, fine finish with a nice, cool bitterness. This is a lovely Pils!

89p   (tasted from bottle - 2011/05)
