X32 - De Dottignies Noir

This one has a fine, deep nose with notes of sweet, dark malt, lots of coffe, sweet root vegetables and dark fudge. A deep, interesting nose.
The taste is big and creamy with lots of dark chocolate, sweet coffee aromas and some fiery notes from the alcohol in the finish. Very nice though, but not that complex. The nose is better.

X31 - Young´s Double Chocolate Stout

A big and medium deep nose with lots of sweet coffee, cream and dark chocolate. Initially very nice but then the nose is all about chocolate, nothing else, rather monolitic.

The taste is tight and creamy with a flavour of melted chocolate with whipped cream paired with a small metallic taste. Rather one dimensionell. Nothing really wrong but nothing really good either.
