No 115 - Dom Kölsch (Germany)

A cool, light, fresh nose with notes of gravel/mineral, orange peel and almonds. Light, pure and it have no faults, except being somewhat boring...
The taste is light, fine and light again - with notes of lemons, mineral, sea shells and almonds. Long and fresh with nice bitterness. Refreshing and clean but too boring I´m afraid.

No 114 - Pinkus Special (Germany)

This opens with a high, spicy nose with notes of lemons, wet rock, assorted nuts and that haunting scent of fresh air after a heavy rain. It becomes more tight in the glas with air. Very good. The taste is fine, crisp and pure with notes of lemons, elder and lots of rocks/mineral. Long and pure. Very nice. The finish is dry and good. Very good but not great.
