No 97 - Kirin Ichiban (Japan)

The nose is fresh, pure and light with notes of old butter biscuits, hay and grass. Nice in a cool refreshing way but lacks complexity.

The taste is fresh and light with a nice bitterness but a rather anonymous flavour. Some dry lemon and biscuits. Pure and well done, but a little boring.

No 96 - Estrella Damm (Spain)

A light, nice, spicy nose with notes of grass, caramell, green raisins and lots of nuts. Fine. The spiciness is that of flavoured crisps. Light but nice.

The taste is cool, fresh, light but nice and refreshing with the same spicyness as on the nose, with additionell notes of almonds, dry grass and wet stones. A very nice bitterness. Long and pure. A little anonymous on the nose but the taste is very good.
