No 88 - Jever Pilsener (Germany)

This classic has a fresh, racy nose with notes of dry caramell, lemon, gravel and that thrilling scent of wet dog - but in a positive way! Fine, cool and stony. Very good.
The taste is fine and fresh with lovely bitterness and tight yellow, stony fruit. Some notes of wet asphalt and dry caramell. Very refreshing and very good.

X54 - Great Divide Yeti Imperial Stout (USA)

An almost bottomless deep, tight and concentrated nose with notes of sugared coffee, dark chocolate, cigarr smoke, sweet root vegetables and some chili powder. Very intense and deep. A stunning nose!
The taste is as tight and concentrated as the nose with lots and lots of very dark chocolate - 100%! - and an intense follow up bitterness that lingers on and on and on... Very, very concentrated. On the verge of being too much, but it brings it home!
