No 127 - Fraoch Heather Ale (Scotland)

This scottish ale have - as indicated by the name - heather in the brew. The nose is somewhat strange, but very good with notes of heather honey, fresh bread, licorice and summer flowers. Very interesting. Deep.
The taste is fine, smooth and complex with notes of dry honey, licorice, heather and cookie dough. The finish is semi dry and very good. Long. Very refreshing. Just lovely.

No 126 - Früh Kölsch (Germany)

A fine, easy-going nose with notes of fresh bread, corn flakes, almonds and sweet minerals. Very good and refreshing on the nose. Some wet earth.
The taste is fresh and pure with nice mellow yellow fruit and a nice bitterness in the medium long finish. Very good in a uncomplicated way.
